This is Irving's Worst Residential Unit. I agree with the other opinions. When renting the apartment they ask for a deposit and when closing the contract they keep the deposit looking for any reason for it. In the closing balance of the contract, they place charges from previous months and damages are invented to increase the settlement charges. We delivered the Apartment impeccable and in better conditions than in which it was not delivered initially and a number of damages and repairs and cleanliness were invented so that we would pay them more. They do not allow the apartment to be physically delivered to them at the closing of the contract and this is how they have the Opportunity to rob the residents. Maintenance is a big deal between MORGAN (leasing agent) and the maintenance contractors. Morgan is in charge of projecting the liquidations to rob the people who live there. They do not clean the common areas, the garbage containers are always full and disgusting, they never do pest control, the green areas are neglected, the pool is disgusting, it is always closed and when it is open the walls are green full of fungi and mold because they do not do chemical control. I do not recommend living here.

Update on Sept 27 2022 Had a call with Morgan , very unprofessional to talk. She was saying me that the insulation service people can come at any time to my apartment. I was simply asking please share the timeframe when they would come so i could postpone my call due to work from home. But she is not able to understand this and could not handle this part. She meant no respect to my privacy and inconvenience. A really sorry state of affair for renters who would have to deal with Leasing agents like Morgan. Finally , talked with Andrea to get this sorted out. Update on Aug 2021 Maintenance request are pathetic, the ac unit is dripping water from last week, raised several tickets, nobody is responding neither they have courtesy to tell a timeline by which this would be done. Update for Aug 2021 After a weeks call, they were able to fix the issue.

I have been living here for 10 months now. There many maintenance requests I had put but they are always behind. They have not fixed issues which we reported while moving in or many months back despite multiple reminders. AC water is leaking. The ceiling fell down and it almost hit me. They did not send anyone for days. They did some bandaid solution and it’s already leaking water again. I discussed with front desk about the lease renewal rent hike despite several maintenance issues. The property manager did not even care to come out and speak to us about our issues. I was not the same attitude when we moved in. Usually I don’t write negative reviews about apartments but I don’t like to be ignored or disrespected. I would not recommend this to anyone. Update: I have made at least 4 visits , several calls and online order. There are still outstanding maintenance requests. But it’s not fixed. Please don’t suggest in the comments to contact leasing office. I did that already. Your move next. Update: my wife and I have made several visits to Leasing office to talk to so called “Hardworking” management team. They pretend to take notes. But still they have not fixed a single issue. They are just great actors. Don’t go by their update below. They don’t care to help anyone.

This is the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. I moved here in the beginning of this month and nothing in this apartment works. The kitchen ceiling is leaking, I raised maintenance request for window blinds. It’s been 3 weeks but no one has come to fix it. The people at the leasing office Michael and Morgan just keep lying that they will send someone but they don’t. Even basic things like the washer and the dryer don’t work. Please don’t waste your money on this apartment. There are better apartments out there. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
