Don't live there, but a friend does. She has complained of issues with water in general. Sometimes the complaint is that there's no hot water. Other times, it's that ALL the water isn't available - problems with the water main, they say. It's definitely her #1 issue with Hyde Park.
The property does have frequent water shut off. My apartment in particular the water comes put opposite of what's label aka hot is cold and cold is hot.

Frequent water shut offs and many issues regarding hot water in general. Living here I dont have many issues with anything other than the water.
It takes forever for the water to get hot, every single time.
Water issues are still a major problem. Water has been shut off multiple times for several hours over the last couple of months. We have also experienced several water leaks that have affected our apartment directly.
