Always get an appointment same day, manager is forthcoming on prices (yes they try and sell you on package deals for oil changes or tire alignment) but if you go with knowledge and internet deals, you will be ok. They did fail to diagnose some problems thr 1st inspection of brakes. Performed alignment as requested. My only problem is when we went the 1st time for alignment and rotations along with brake inspection we were told only rear brakes. Used car 3 days later on highway and same problem. Called got another appt. To check again. Sure enough front brakes shot and seized calipers. Clearly this was missed and was disappointing . Wasted another saturday morning paid for balance and then told its front brakes too Est. 870 bucks for front another 400 rear Yikes Needless to say I was annoyed and paid for balance and advised I could do much better elsewhere Going to Fairview Auto for brake work saving 400 dollars. So for tires alignment balance oil changes.. great . Brake work.. overpriced Shop around and be informed

I have lived in Westwood for two years now and have gotten all of my cars services done here. I have never been more satisfied taking my car somewhere to get serviced. Not only do they have great customer service and a friendly staff but they are honest, quick and you can’t beat their prices. They have always been honest with me about what I do and don’t need done to my car. Some places try and rip you off but not here! I will continue to take my car here for future survives.

This place was 100% PRO from the phone call. Spoke to Joseph got my appointment next day, then when I arrived there was no wait, dropped it off filled out some paper work. 1 hour later Andrea called me to let me know it was done, just super fantastic people with great customer care. I will def come back here if i have any more issues just because the way my issue was handled. Highly recommend if you are looking for good honest people working on your car!!!!!!
