No only was she very pleasant and reassuring of the repair outcome, but she explained to me the technical details of the repair without condescendation. Dishonesty . . . . I brought my phone here because of a tech problem. Sadly, I had to wipe everything clean because that's protocol. I left my phone with them for 3 hours. In that time span, they make sure your phone isn't water damaged and check it thoroughly. This is what I was told was being done. When I got there, the store employee told me everything is done and they took care of it. I asked her did they give me a new phone or just fixed the problem. She said they just took care of the problem. When I arrived home I checked the phone out and long behold they gave me a refurbished phone. With samsung, any tech problems that can't be fixed your phone is supposed to be replaced with a brand new one! I think they were being lazy and didn't do anything but take my old phone and replace it. The only reason I knew is because I had little scratches on my phone and the one they gave me barely was touched and had all the plastic covers on it that comes with a new phone!
