Do not rent from these Newport Apartments. The units are disgusting and nothing like the pictures. This place is literally hell on earth and those are the complex managers words about our experience not even my own. We moved in 4 days ago and could not begin to describe how bad this place is. Employees will lie to your face and over the phone about what is included in units and the community. Only an act of god could right this disgusting situation and apartment we’ve been put in. If you are going to move in with them be sure to see the exact unit you will be renting otherwise they will lie to you. Stay away.

Coming in as a future resident she listened to my concerns during the application process and worked diligently to ensure I got moved in under 2 days! Her customer service was beyond expected and responded very quickly. The apartment so far has been great and I am satisfied as of now.
