As a previous employee. This is an enjoyable place to work and the staff provide the best possible patient care possible. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for care.

Been to the ER Twice in the past two months. Extremely understaffed. Have been waiting longer than 4 hours both times. My grandfather was on the board of directors for Lakewood hospital and I can promise you he would not have allowed this kind of pattern in his hospital. Cleveland clinic said that closing small satellite hospitals wouldn’t affect anyone’s healthcare and that was a LIE. How is consistently understaffing an ER while closing smaller ER’s around the state helpful to anyone? I’ve watched THREE families walk out and leave because the wait was too long. Personally I’ll be going to urgicare or University Hospital from now on. And it’s hard for me to say that because Cleveland clinic main campus saved my life 14 years ago and really influences my opinion of the clinic ….but after 14 years my eyes have been opened to industrialized medicine and it is ugly if you need care but don’t want to call 911…I hope someone at the clinic sees this and maybe makes an effort to change…I doubt it though

My son was hurt playing hockey there. The receptionist was rude, they are not billing my insurance. They are just sending me all of the bills. I filed a grievance against them. My son's leg was popped out of place. They did nothing for him except give a 17 year old fentanyl. I did not want him to have it, but they said it was fine and that it would make the x rays easier. It popped back in on its own 3 hours after we left there.

Not a good experience. If I could give this no stars it would be generous. My daughter gave birth at this hospital. Upon arriving at this Cleveland Clinic location, there was not one single room on the floor for the family to wait in. I totally understand that we are the family and not the main event, but I would not think we would have to sit on the cold unwelcoming floor 3 floors below. We were ushered to the main floor, basically 20 ft from the main entrance to the hospital sitting on wooden chairs/tables... Very cold. Very not welcoming... I thought for sure Cleveland Clinic could do better... My daughter works for Cleveland Clinic. Very disappointing 😦

They have a real nice gift shop there with almost everything you can think of including flowers and visiting hours are open 24/7
Yes they do
Yes. As safe as it can be. However, in today's world nothing can be gauranteed safe. Its still best that you are always aware of your surroundings. Parking is lit but can be quite a challange. There is ALWAYS some kinf of construction going on with the garage. If you can swing it, use valet parking. It might cost you a dollar or two more, but its worth it. If you have to use the garage to park since there are no attendants everything is electronic and you have to pay at a machine in the lobby before you leave and you have to have exact change. With anything with Cleveland Clinic they always have to make it so confusing and inconvenience the patient and or vistor. I think they get a big kick out of seeing folks struggle and fend for themselves but thats just my opinion. Give it a try and hopefully you will have a good experience.
The moll center is in the same building as the center for family medicine across from the hospital.
No
2 visitors a day 7 am to 9 pm
The hotel is about a 10 minute drive south on Rt 237, aka Riverside Dr.
Don't know. I'm a guy
I ordered flowers but Florist said they won't go into hospitals. I finally got through to someone at Fairview Hospital and was told that only the designated contact of the patient could bring to the room. They have no one to take to the room.
Yes. It is fairly Pricey. The Parking garages are somewhere between $10 to $14 I'm not sure if that's an hour or for a day. Then the valet is about the same price. If you are staying at a hotel close to the hospital - they force you to use Valet parking, and the double the price. It is $22-$25 before expected tip. Better to be dropped off at your location Edit: The majority of doctors offices, along with main desk areas do not validate parking. For such a good hospital You would think they would figure out a better system
Dlo Dude's answer is correct. He already gave you the answer to your question
Yes they will
Drive down to the HOSPITAL and you will see on the left the parking garage super easy to find
It all depends on the day and the value of ER. Weekends are always busy
I guess that's depending on what kind of surgery you're having done I should go to information desk and they would be able to tell you how to get to where you need to go
8-8 I think
The laboratory at Fairview Hospital is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. The lab is closed on Sundays. You can get business hours for other areas of Fairview Hospital at https://my.clevelandclinic.org/locations/fairview-hospital/guest-services.
I am not sure. I've never been to the ob section
It's not an anwserr but it sounds about right for fairview. They charge almost ten bucks to park. It doesn't matter what you are there for they won't give out a voucher for anything at that place. All around bad service. They are lucky people have to go there or they wouldn't have any business.
Please use the following address for any deliveries: Patient’s full name Patient’s hospital room number Fairview Hospital 18101 Lorain Avenue Cleveland, Ohio 44111
Birth certificates are distributed by the Cleveland Department of Public Health
Unfortunately there is not. Plan to pay $5.00 to $10.00 dollars.
The nearest airport is Cleveland Hopkins which is about 15 minutes away. As far as hotels, there are way to many to list here but all within a short distance from the hospital.
If I were you I would call my Doctor. It may be nothing but better safe than sorry.
I know they are for relaxing while in labor. I'm not sure if they are for giving birth.
Fairview has a program in the nicu area. Call and ask for volunteer services and they should be able to point you in the right direction
Out in front where valet service is in the circular drive. Main entrance to the hospital by Emergency.
Need more details. Do not quite understand your question?
To the best of my knowledge, there is not.
You can get more information on billing for Fairview Hospital including contact information for billing representatives by visiting https://my.clevelandclinic.org/patients/billing-insurance.
It was the last time i was there which was two days ago but they are doing construction and parking is somewhat limited.
It's only $8 max for day.
You can see a list of accepted insurance for Fairview Hospital and other Cleveland Clinic facilities by visiting https://my.clevelandclinic.org/patients/billing-insurance/accepted-insurance.
You need to call the main number for the Cleveland Clinic. You can not do this through this application.
Not that I am aware of. I do know for sure that their facility in Avon has one as well as an eyeglasses store.
Either go your primary care doctor if its not serious or go to emergency if you think you are having a full blown attack this is google maps and not the place to ask this type of question.
