It's not an anwserr but it sounds about right for fairview. They charge almost ten bucks to park. It doesn't matter what you are there for they won't give out a voucher for anything at that place. All around bad service. They are lucky people have to go there or they wouldn't have any business.
Sorry to hear about your unfortunate incident. I was not aware the hospital would issue a voucher. Is this something you heard or expected them to do? I dont think this is something they get involved with.
