i havent been to this shop yet personally (i will be visiting tomorrow!) but ones ive been to in the past need your legal guardian to sign off. my mother hadn't wanted me to get any piercings done when i was a minor either so i know the struggle lol. maybe you could ask to get the piercing you have in mind for christmas? best of luck my friend

How much depends on which part you want done . I can also tell you about tattoo art I have 10 of them the small ones will be under 100.00 mid size will be over 100.00 large and real large will be about 200.00 and can go up to about 700.00 give or take and up to 1,000 give or take even more it depends on the detailing and length.
