It depends on what you want, I got my lip and nose done $20 a pop!
I'm not forsure about the price for Septum piercing, I just did the right side of my nose and that was $20 dollars. They are pretty reasonable.
I jus went back for re piercing of my lip and eye and yes u have to fill out the short form at the front desk with your I'd and then you are good to go
