I got my double forward helix pierced on 5/17, I’m cleaning it twice a day and not touching it or anything, it’s still really swollen and hurts how long is that supposed to last? Should I be worried?

At least 3 to 4 weeks so it can have time to heal

I wouldn't worry yet. You got pierced through cartilage, and it will take some time to heal before it stops hurting. Try using ice to calm some of the inflammation. Im not a piercer, but my advice is to wait a little longer and if its still worrying you, either call the store or go back in there and ask them.

Thank you so much everyone! I’m definitely going to wait a little longer. I got my rook and tragus pierced a few years ago and I guess I just forgot what it was like hah

You may want to try using a bit of salt water on it every few hours, that has helped immensely with my cartilage piercings. I also used a tea-tree lavender oil combination occasionally if they got a little irritated due to accidental pulling, which made a huge difference. As long as the swelling isn't getting worse/piercing doesn't feel hot, you should be alright. Cartilage piercings can take a lot longer to heal, and from my experience are a lot more painful after the piercing than getting the piercing itself. If you are still concerned after a few days, I would just stop in to let them check it out (:
