We moved in back in February of 2022. And since then we've been having issues with our refrigerator not keeping our food cold. Several maintenance people came to take a look at it. Then finally Mike came and really considered what we've been saying about the fridge. He got us a new refrigerator. And better still it came just when he said it would. We really appreciate Mike and Rosa for their hard work and efforts.

I've tried to call so I can receive my deposit back. I was told that I wasn't chosen for the apartment via I had a record and I didn't. They won't return my phone calls or my deposit. They told me via email but I keep calling. I'm going to go to the district attorney because I don't think it's fair they won't give me my deposit back. It has been almost a year. I should go to the news first then a district attorney. Return my funds and I will leave you alone.

sooo many. if you have a family, keep them safe dont move them into this death trap. i moved in back in april of 2019, on the first day as i was putting up my drinking cups i sliced my finger with some painted over razor blades that the maintenance team had left behind, not even a moth later we got flodded from the unit avobe and went to the apartments to get it fixed, they took 1 month to even look at it and it took us calling the city code inspector for it to actually be solved.
i pay 1600 for a 3 bed 3 bath but the ac dosnt work so my electric bill is 261, the refuse to fix the ac even tough its already been a month in the hot texass summer.
