Nasty expensive apartments roaches AC does not work my neighbor has complaint to the city of Irving has been living these conditions for 2 weeks Also they keep your money telling you have to have a service that’s it’s not optional anymore even the representative from spectrum disliked how they obligate you to pay for wifi On top of all that they have reserved parking for people and don’t let people know about it all they say everyone know LIES.. aware of manager and secretary they make up all types of excuses

DO NOT DO IT!!!! These apartments are terrible.y family and I moved from Milwaukee, Wi two days ago, because we were supposed to move in these. I did ask for a tour before move in. Couldn’t do that because people were staying there! So I asked for virtual! Couldn’t do that because they’re machine was down! So I ask for videos couldn’t do that because they video didn’t work! So I asked for pictures! They did send me pictures, but I’m sure they were of a model home, not the exact apartment I was moving in! There were cigarette butts on top of the cabinets, dead roaches, packs of cigarettes, they painted over dirt and dust! There was a lizard and lots of dead bugs around the floor. The floor was broken, she did say it wasn’t noticeable but turns out it was very noticeable! They couldn’t get flooring to come out! Dish washer was FILTY! Everything was dirty, urine around the toilet stool. Stains inside of the toilet! It was bad and unbelievable! I have small children so I canceled my lease! They did not return none of my money back so I will be taking them to court! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE ELSE WHERE!
