I have had obnoxiously loud upstairs neighbors the entire 13 months I've lived here and I have tried countless times to get management to remedy the situation and they haven't done anything. The gates are almost always open so anyone can stroll in here and the parking is extremely limited. The AC doesn't reach my room at all so it's really hot in the summer and really cold in the winter and maintenance just said that's how it is. Very poor quality of living.

I’ve had an issue with this property and its management since I’ve moved in last September. My significant other and I were told that the model he was showed and we later signed for had 2 car garages. Only to find out on move in day it was a single car garage. Hannah you as the leasing consultant that informed of us that lie. The garage was also not painted like promised, the carpet had to be cleaned as well, and loose door knobs. This was a big frustration because I tried to get Hannah to provide my bf with a walk through prior to us moving in and especially since I was moving from Nashville. Yet, it didn’t happen and we moved into a place that needed to still be turned over. Within our first couple of weeks there, I was going to the wrong mailbox assuming that I just misplaced the key. Well, Hannah had actually put the wrong mailbox # on our move in packet. We’ve also had an issue where we needed to call the after hours support for a garage lockout. Since they failed to replace our garage key in time before we left for a day trip. We ended up paying 350+ for the lockout. The water in the bathroom sinks smells really bad. Tubs stops up easily. They don’t enforce their staff to clean up the property. Trash is left out on the lawn days at a time before picking it up. I had to actually complain about dog poop for them to reinforce residents to use the bags. Overall I would rate this place a 3/10. The 3 comes from how well we decorated our unit. Soon after Hannah became the property manager, and child I don’t know how. But blessings aren’t dictated by man.

Unfortunately a whole management staff took over. Rent has gone up. Might as well be living in Las Colinas.

The best part about this community is the office staff! They are so kind and welcoming, honorable mention goes to Chelsea! If I ever need anything I can always count on her.
