Please Stay Away!!! I like you, saw beautiful photos that were posted of an upgraded apartment! Wrong!!! Moved in, beer cans still inside the home, blinds were filthy and old, cabinets are old and falling through. Oh it doesn’t stop there.. there is a bad roach problem! Neighbors are dirty so the roaches just stick around and multiply! The office staff is the worse to communicate with! Please don’t make the same mistake I made! The entry ways are nasty! This place is horrible! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE

I put in a maintenance ticket on Tuesday morning to get my A/C fixed. Still has not been completed. Reached out via text three times, one time they said they would send someone. They never came. I called the urgent maintenance section, nobody ever came or responded. By reading the reviews, it appears they are a repeat offender in not getting A/C units repaired. Please, someone, just fix my ding dang A/C unit.

I have been in many Properties but This property management is the worst ever Management I have ever seen in my life. Its been more than 2 month we moved here No hot water in bathroom from then Maintenance wont fix them and Management doesn't bother. Flood water in home from flooring Maintenance won't fix them ( when raining they say its raining can't do anything after rain they say its stopped raining so no issue until it rain back). Washer issue from 2 months didn't fix Closet broken while we are moving didnot fix No blinds from 2 months No mirrors from 2 months ( They can't fix this until 1 year or maybe more) They just simply want money for damaged homes. This Property is No Less than a Scam!!!! So please Don't even think of moving here I strongly don't recommend it to anyone here.. Unless you don't want peace and want to giveaway rent freely Scam Management There are clearly no less than cheaters Living on cheating people 😂 Shame on them Bringing shame to USA
