Usually there is no issue, until someone is afraid of dogs and complain, or unless it's been aggressive in store. Policy is service dogs only, but many dogs are just with their owners and the associates love seeing dogs during their shift!

We take our dog often. The staff loves her. If she's not with us they ask about her. Of course only well behaved, house trained dogs are allowed.
Actually they love it when I bring mine: checkout productivity definitely drops when everyone has to come and get a lick.
