I took my phone in because I thought the charge port was loose. I assumed I would be lucky to pay repairs and probably have to buy a new phone. Hazel explained that most ports are just dirty and don't need repairs. She spent about 2 minutes cleaning my phone and it charges with no issues! Best of all, there was no cost! I will go here any time I have an issue w my phone.

Currently that repair is $55 and takes around 30-45 minutes to complete!
We should be able to. That repair would be $179.99 and we would need to order it. We do ask that you swing it by the store if you're interested in that repair so we can verify models numbers amongst other things. If you have any questions feel free to call!
