I just moved out in June and I couldn’t have left any faster. When I initially moved in 2020, the property was mostly clean and didn’t seem to have too many problems. Over the year and a half I lived there, more and more problems came up. 1. The breezeways, doors, and property in general is DIRTY. Everything visibly looks very filthy and there was always trash in our stairway. 2. The gate was always broken and basically always stayed that way. There’s also a small space in the gate where you can just walk in even if the gate was working. In general, I just always felt incredibly unsafe. 3. Maintenance helped themselves in often and were short staffed, so any maintenance requests you put it, you could pretty much guarantee wouldn’t be fixed…and if it was, it wasn’t for a few months. 4. One of my roommates had really bad mold in her bathroom that they constantly painted white paint over, telling her that that’s “how you fix mold”. Ok 🙄 5. We also had EXTENSIVE mold in our hall closet. There was always a bad stench and the problem was so bad they had to have a 3rd party come dig out the wall and they would “come back to fix it”. We lived with a huge hole in our wall that produced more mold and cockroaches after being promised it would be fixed. 6. When I moved out, my resident portal told me I had a $200+ charge on my account. When I emailed to check about it, what I was supposed to actually be fined for was $47. 7. There were police over at our building ALL the time 8. And lastly, our downstairs neighbors held a RAGER on a Tuesday night with a DJ…and it wasn’t the only one Please spend a little extra if you’re able to live somewhere else. I promise it’s worth it. Whatever’s better than The Arch.

Don’t waste your time or energy even considering this place it is a nightmare maintenance never shows up we had two outlets that tripped a breaker and the outlets are now black we have mold and then to top it off the kitchen sink has not worked in over six months. So is everyone can see they responded and it is not true we told maintenance we told the office we even put it in under the Internet online so yeah right there was no reports that is so untrue. They even sent in a carpet cleaner who told them that we had black mold and when we called them with the carpet cleaner person in our apartment listening to their response they called the carpet cleaner basically a liar and said there was no issues it was just weathered by the sun or whatever so yes as I stated before do not let your children move into the arch it is a health hazard . So now almost a year later they’re stating their new owners they took over the Arch in December right before Christmas so that’s just also a heads up they are not new to the site they’ve been there for almost a year now

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ve had so complications not only with my place but with management and maintenance too. It doesn’t matter what unit you move into, there’s going to be water damages and mold everywhere. As many times as I’ve brought this to the attention of the front office, they don’t listen and over charge us for the damages they still haven’t fixed. My carpet has had damages since I moved, which was about a year ago. Over charged us 3 months ago to fix and nothing has been done as of yet. Currently living in my unit with 2 roommates. One of which was forced to move out due to her room having too many water damages and mold and basically had her whole room destroyed. While my restroom hasn’t been fixed for 7 months and I keep having to go to my other roommate’s restroom just to shower. This is insane. Management is horrible. Oh and don’t bother calling bc it’s just an answering machine that will hang up on you anyways. Anyone considering moving here, don’t. It’s awful. Your money would be well spent anywhere else. This place is not worth the price.

Live anywhere but here. I received no notice on any times maintenance would come in, or when I was receiving roommates. Without even an email from management, a girl knocked on my door saying they lived with me and moved all their stuff in, a few months later another knock at the door was roommate #3 saying they also lived there too. I woke up several times to random men being in my apartment doing inspections when I received no notice. I went to the office several times to complain and they gaslit me and told me they had a right to enter my apartment without notice at anytime, as well as not provide notice when I was getting a roomate because it was an ‘emergency’. Homeless people live in the stairwells because the front gate is broken and always open, and no elevators. Amenities were closed most of the time, no one ever uses the pool because it’s always under maintenance. Apartments are dirty with no storage space. Never ever lease here!
