Yes. There are 2 options. They have a free shelter with bunks or a dorm with bunks. Dorm is 20 dollars per night. Honestly the free shelter is as good an option since they added it. Used to be the dorm was the only decent option. Check-in starts at 530p but they start lining up around 430.
It is a six month rehabilitation program.
