The location at Exton, why is the service so bad? Is it because their employees are short staffed or because they dont care about the quality of custimer service? Rhetorical questions here.

Extremely understaffed. Guy at the register was taking and grabbing orders then started to actually make sandwiches I waited 30 minutes to place order and I would have left but takes 30 minutes to go a mile in this cluster f area

Of course. I already knew the reasons. I just wanted to throw those questuins out there to see if i was the only one who had something to say about because I waited about 40 minutes for my order to be fulfilled and in the time period they lost about 5+ customers

They are short staffed and some of the employees have an attitude. They feel as though they are there just for a paycheck and that's it.They forget about courtesy to the public.
