Neat and clean. Super easy self check in kiosk. You wait for your turn and can see you are queued up on the TV. You are called in one of the 4 rooms in the hallway where the provider checks your ID, Insurance and the HSA/Credit card for your copay. They take the blood or urine samples as applicable and the whole experience was super awesome !

Took my daughter in today April 26, 2021 at 2 pm. Poor bedside manner. A brunette, long wavy/curly hair and glasses yelled my daughter’s name from down the hall to get her bloodwork.... didn’t introduce herself to my daughter or me, she was abrupt and rude. You should be aware of the kind of employees you have working for you. Many people have a fear of needles and to be greeted by this lady would have been horrible. She clearly does not belong in this field where she is working with the public. Thankfully my daughter is a tough kid but she said she wouldn’t be going there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst medical experience I ever had. After checking the website and asking my doctor if they accepted walk ins, I went in as a walk in. The woman that attended me was extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. She wasn't even wearing a mask when I got there and only put one on later. She kept telling me I was "messing everything up for everyone here" by simply being a walk in. Not sure how I was supposed to know that I shouldn't have come when I made sure it was an option. After multiple rude gestures, she proceeded to do my blood work very aggressively by slamming the plate down in front of me and handling the blood tubes by throwing them onto the plate with no care at all. It made me think my blood work would not even reach back to my doctor's office. Then, she didn't even tell me we were done. She simply was about to spray the chair with lysol with me still in it. I don't understand how someone like that could be working in the health care industry.

Fast, but extremely rude. My wife brought paperwork just in case they needed it and they talked down to her like she made the biggest mistake ever. Truly unprofessional!
