Hi my name’s Veronica and my stay at this hotel went pretty well. I have children and was looking for some cost effective summer entertainment for them- so swimming and having some family time was what I was aiming for. Minutes from shopping centers and other necessities so that was convenient. We only stayed one night, but everything was clean and peaceful on premises so I have no real complaints (especially since the children enjoyed themselves in the pool and outdoor areas to lounge.) We will be booking rooms again soon. Great hotel for family time. *rooms, although not updated we’re still tidy and sufficient.

Think “The Shining”…all this place lacks is 2 little girls at the end of the hallway saying redrum. Stay away from this place. You’ll thank me. Disgusting room, disgusting hallways, disgusting elevators, etc. etc. etc. I’m 58 and this is the worst I’ve ever seen. And I’ve stayed in some pretty rough places in my life (when I was young and broke). If you could ever give -5 stars, this is the place. ps. Here’s the best. Maid replaced towels, but left the bed unmade. You can’t make this stuff up.

I unfortunately had to cancel my reservation. It was made on expedia, however I had paid the hotel directly and would be refunded my money by them.In my attempt to just confirm that it was cancelled with the hotel I was greeted with a representative who told me he didn't have to listen to me, threatened to hang up and did so more than once. I'd hate to review just on that alone but I certainly will not be booking here if that's how they allow their staff to be. I asked to speak with the manager (before he started to tell me he didn't want to listen) and he kept telling me I didn't need the manager he was the supervisor for now. It was very frustrating

Was initially placed in the wrong room. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes poorly covered up with strong cleaning products. The walls are dirty and have markings all over, the elevators are vandalized. The carpets are loose and rippled and are a hazard. You can tell not much effort goes into cleaning or maintaining the hotel as a whole. We turned in our room key then two minutes later I realized I forgot my pillow in the room. I asked the desk if I could go back to the room to grab my pillow (still before stated checkout time) and he said “this is a hotel, how do you forget something in your room?” Overall just a dirty place, but you get what you pay for. Spend a little more money and go to a better hotel.
