Never had a lease. Same as others I know who had lockers here after the local owner sold this property to US Storage; even on-site manager admitted many had not received new leases by mail. Mine was sent to an address which I left more than two years before! Therefore: multipole rent increases -- always a percent of the current charges so large chunks of change in every increase -- without notice. Software, which is where one is supposed to manage one's account, is a hopeless nightmare of having to get password reset over and over and over again. Oh, and "wait for at least an hour in order to use. it." After an hour: had to call and get it reset again! And is the lease on the renter's account page if the customer can manage to get to one's account page? Of course not. That would be an intelligent way to do business in 2022. Got out of there and I'm thinking they owe me money.

I've had a unit here since August 2017. My main reason for the one star rating is the now astronomical monthly cost. Initially, the cost was below $100 for a 10x10 unit. It is now $230 per month! Meanwhile, units of this size are advertised as $80 per month on the website. Beware if you plan to store for extended periods of time or may have extenuating circumstances (COVID of course has been one on top of others). Other than cost, no complaints yet.

I have been customer for more than 3 years. Facility is well maintained, clean , secured , easily accessible. If needed staffs are just a call away. Their response is applaudable. Never had a complain. Preciously owned by local company and later acquired by US STORAGE. Their transition was smooth and seem less. My price started with $63 and now increased to $87 within a span of 2 1/2 years. My only complaint(reduced star) is increase of price. Apart from that staffs are friendly , attentive and well maintained facility.
