My first time at big lots Exton location was great because of Vanessa she helped me in every department while being extremely busy with alot of black Friday shoppers. She was kind and helpful and made sure everyone she helped was happy. I was blown away she goes above and beyond for the customers of Big Lots Exton. I will be going there from now on. I was very impressed. She did a fabulous outstanding job.

Church group holiday fellowship shopping trip, was seeking an AC adapter and discovered all too well how much the employee shortage is hurting sales for public still. Hardly anyone working on shopping sites still especially with Christmas season approaching so soon again! Looks like I will be ordering online again this year again!
