I have lived at marchwood with my two children for almost 2 years. We enjoy the complex. It’s conveniently close to everything. Caillie (the leasing office manager) is amazing! Any problems you have she will fix! She has gone above and beyond to ensure I am happy. Also the maintenance team is amazing! Any maintenance request put in is always completed in timely manor. Apartment living isn’t always great but no complex is better than marchwood.

We have been living in Marchwoord Apartment Homes on the Coach Ln since 2021. Overall we are very happy to have chosen this place. All the staff are very nice, compared to my previous experience with other apartments where the management is rude and unfriendly. Special thanks to Caillie who responded to our request quickly and got them resolved. We are very pleased and satisfied with the Maintenance team. They help resolve our issues quickly, especially Blair. Blair is very friendly, takes time and explains the issue and makes sure it is fixed and tested before he leaves. Neighborhood is also friendly. My kids enjoy playing out. There is plenty of parking on the Coach Ln. Maintenance clears up snow pretty quickly. Overall no complains / regrets. Thank you Management & Maintenance team for helping us have a comfortable & joyful life.

I have to say after 5 years of living here the Marchwood Apartments are better than ever. It is a quiet community with many families, very pet friendly, and has very reasonable rents for the area. The maintenance staff is second to none! I called the office with an issue with my kitchen sink and Blair was there to fix the issue 20 minutes later - on a Saturday! Not only did he fix the problem l, but he explained exactly what he was doing and how to prevent it from happening in the future. No matter the issue, they are always there to fix it the same day. You’ll love it here for sure.
