Scott was a great technician. He was very nice and very thorough of the carpets. He asked me if I had any concerns or areas that I wanted him to touch base on and there was a big stain on the carpet from the previous owners and he was able to lift it out and make the carpet look new again. He told me about an issue in one of the bedrooms and was able to resolve it, he also made sure that we were happy with the results before he left.
