I've had the best experience with Dr Paul and his staff. He does his best to give you the best prices out there and gives great quality care to my furbabies. Ark has been my vet for 3 years now and I've only gone to 2 other vets up here because of emergency reasons only. Definitely recommend.

I went to 2 other animal hospitals and they wanted to put my cat down. But when I took him to Paul at Arc animal hospital, he went above and beyond to save my cat. Who by the way is doing excellent now. They even have payment plans if you can't afford it all at once. I recommend this place to everyone who loves their pet as one of the family. Great service and friendly staff.

Ark animal hospital is first rate. The staff and doctors treated me good and took good care of my dog in her time of need. I saw people who were impatient and were tired of waiting. My thoughts were of gratitude and I was glad to be somewhere my dog could get help. She had been bitten by a black widow probably. The place is busy. Because there is a lot of people living in this area. And a lot of people have pets. I was thinking if the people who were impatient stayed home and let their pets die it would be faster for those willing to wait. And the people would never have to wait again. For me the waiting was worth the results.

Don't ever go here!!! I would give this place zero stars if i could. We had called to ask about a c-section for my dog, the girl at the reception had told us a price that we thought was too good to be true so we once again told her that it was a c-section and if she could talk to the veterinarian to verify the price. She told us to call back in 30 minutes so we did. When we called back she assured us it was the price she had told us so we went ahead and booked it. When we arrived the day of, we were told that the price was twice as much what we were originally told. We went home to see if we had the cash and decided to go back. Once we were there some guy who was supposably the vet came in to check our dog (he did nothing at all!) Seemed to be in a rush and when we asked him a few simple question he told us that he didn't know and he doesn't work there and then he just walked out and we were left alone in the room. We got tired of waiting so we decided to leave. Later that day i went to get some medicine for my dog and when i mentioned to the owner of the store that I had tooken my dog to Ark Animal Hospital even she told me that was a horrible place. I wish I would have known this before.
