Lowe's gets a 100+ with me. I went in the other day and an employee named Bobby helped me with the products that I needed. He had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. I then went to the check out where I was greeted by Margie. She was so friendly and she actually made me feel welcomed. I was so impressed with these two employees that I called the manager of the store when I got to my car. I work with the public, so I know what great customer service looks like. You guys hit it out of the park. Thank you so much!

Don't know what happened with the customer service at this Lowe's but it's really not there. Waiting 25 minutes in the plumbing department for some help they paged them twice and no one ever showed up the plumbing department was totally destroyed nothing was really in its place. The problem is I really like Lowe's but it looks like I'm going to have to start going back to Home Depot.

Some of the staff are very good but it's overshadowed by the inability to find someone when you need help, the size of the store makes it hard to locate certain items that aren't listed on the aisle markers, and good employees are far outnumbered by the apathetic ones. Susie in plumbing used to be very good but now almost nobody ever walks by that area and when you call for help it takes a long time or you never get it, so good luck finding the specific part you want unless you spend 20 minutes going over every single shelf and cubby. Something is wrong at the store, other Lowe's are not like this!

Yes. The fee can be a little expensive though.
Appropriate. MANDATORY MASKS, social distancing throughout the store and at checkout. Show respect and comply.
Any Rustoleum spray paint would work. I would spray a primer first, then the paint. Even though Rustoleum says it has a primer added already to the paint, putting another layer of primer first is added protection for that water pan.
I agree show your license at checkout that has veteran status on it.
Yes ,but there slow
No. Check online they sell furniture.
Yes they do
No, but they have repair kits for purchase.
Depending on the workers there. Since some locations don't mind as long as you keep an eye on them.
Yes rental of tools is not possible for Lowe's however Home Depot does do some tool rental.
Not that I know of...take your old paint to the Recycles

The easiest way is probably to go online and fill out an application. Or you can call Lowe's credit department and request them to mail one to your house, fill it out and mail it back. Or physically go into the store and fill out an application and probably get an instant response.
I think your best choice would be call the store or corporate and ask them that question
I don't think so. You can buy a hand-operated one fairly inexpensive. And that way you own it
they have done it for me. I live about 30 minutes from there. I called to be sure they had it, they did and held it until I got there.
Yes
I have never seen "Old" barn wood for sale at the store
