I’ve recently started shopping at the location in Irmo on Saint Andrews Road and I have to say I have never had a bad experience in the store. The staff are always so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoy my experience every time. The prices are always very good as well.

The groomer at this location named Courtney J. Is horrible. She is the rudest most unprofessional groomer that I have ever dealt with. I have been taking my miniature poodle to this location for years but when she started, everything changed. I was so disgusted with her behavior last time that I actually complained to the store manager and he basically told me that there was nothing he could do. Do not use this location! She is horrible and the store manager was basically the same.

Yes, the do have a self-serve dog washing station in the Irmo location!
I get the discount card 5 washes for 25 dollars
We do adoption events here, and they disinfect constantly and wear masks. Masks are required in the store by employees and customers.
I go to Robin's pet grooming off of McKinley and Broad River just behind Bojangles. My pets get great service and my wallet does not suffer
