My husband and I were on our way from Venice, Florida to Greenville, South Carolina when 3 of my warning lights went on simultaneously; the ABS, brake light, and the traction control light. The closest Toyota dealership was Jim Hudson Toyota in Irmo, and I'm so grateful. I called on the way, and when we got there our service advisor was Hunter Lineback. He got us right in, he handled things so professionally while still being personable. He accommodated us and made things seemless as we had an appointment to keep in Simpsonville, so we left our car with them and continued our journey. The communication with Jim Hudson Toyota was excellent, they kept us informed of everything going on, even sent us videos! I am still beyond impressed with the level of service we received. I have to give a special mention to Olivia and the mechanics too, they were polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We are moving to Woodruff, South Carolina, and when it comes time for my husband or I to purchase a new car, you can bet your sweet bottom we're making a trip back to Irmo, to Jim Hudson Toyota. Best Dealership I've EVER worked with! Thank y'all! I am so grateful, you turned what was a what was a stressful situation into a great experience! You are all a great team, and that's what any business should be.
