1) my husband and I had made it clear that I need a downstairs apartment when we meet in person. We were told that we need to apply online, but on that day we weren't given the url or method of doing same. We were told in passing that the brochure would have that info. The brochure does not. So, we had to work it out for ourselves. In that process, we had to choose the apartment. I made the correct choice myself, however neither my husband nor I noticed the web page didn't complete the process with the correct unit number. 2) We later received an email saying our hold was canceled on the unit. That sent us into a panic, so we tried calling and emailing (we failed to document her name, and she didn't place it on any of the documentation we had). 3) every attempt to call was unanswered. Our attempts to email back that notice were returned. We could not get in touch until Vanessa finally called my husband. He again reiterated our need for a downstairs unit. This conversation was also during the process of getting our income approved after my credit was approved. 4) on our move-in date (Saturday), these issues were finally brought to light. We have to wait until Thursday to get into the correct unit. But, we've already given notice to our old place. We are now homeless. 5) this problem could have been mitigated had we been able to use a garage until the day comes were we have to move YET AGAIN. But, we are then told that is handled by one person only, who would not even be in the office for days. 6) we have now moved into this upstairs apartment. We are exhausted. Our furniture is being stored on a trailer on the street because it would KILL my husband to move it all up stairs to only move it all back down 3 days later. But, we now have to worry about our stuff being safe. 7) this is a complete and total mess. I don't even know how we are going to muster the strength to complete this move AGAIN. Would should have been an easy move had now taken days, and the strife is not done. We have Utilities to transfer, again, after having already just transferred them. Everything is bad.

Just wanted to shout out the maintenance man Mike! He needs a bonus or something! He's very quick to help whenever we submit a maintenance request and looks for other things he can fix nearby that we didn't even submit a request for. 10/10 recommend
