Canceled the truck cause the rain kept $15 for paperwork fee's. Caused more hardship to my elderly disabled mother then they can imagine. I only gave them a 1 star cause I couldn't give them -10 stars. Because someone in the background said the F word they refused to rent to my mom.. absolutely disappointed..!!!

I had to get a storage unit in a hurry. The great reviews brought me to their door and Daniel's incredible kindness and customer service sealed the deal. He was so helpful showing me around and answered all of my questions. I got a great deal and they provided me with a courtesy moving truck! They drop it off, you load it and give them a call when you're done so they can pick it up for you, then you unload it into your unit. I was so relieved I didn't have to rent a uhaul or borrow a friend's pick up. Daniel made a potentially stressful situation a breeze! You have a customer for life and I will definitely be referring friends and family! :)

I needed a storage unit quickly and David did an outstanding job helping me out . He even allowed me to upgrade to a larger unit, and locked me into a real good price for the whole year. The facility is clean and well kept. I would recommend Bear Valley Apatite Self Storage to anyone looking for storage.
