I was with Reliable Self Storage in Victorville for more than a year and it was reliable as their name says! The staff managing the facilities are always super friendly and helpful. It's also really convenient to have a small postal office near there to send packages! I have not had any issues with accessing my storage during my stay there. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a price effective and friendly place to store belonging for short or long term.

Do not use this facility as a your trusted storage. In February of 2020 my locker was involved in contamination of methamphetamine. I lost valuables valued at 80k+. It’s been almost a year and the office staff/properties owners have done nothing to help us recover from our loss. Unfortunately office managers Mira and Alex have been very unprofessional and have offered no real resolution as to how i will recover from this terrible experience.

Customer service is all around top notch...During crisis or good times, staff is ALWAYS FRIENDLY,COURTIOUS, HELPFUL AND UPBEAT..Fact of the matter is I rather do all my mailing and storage and or just check in with the staff from time to time to see how things are going.. They treat you better than family there and is worth visiting..

This place sincerely has the best customer service in the high desert. We were offered water and snacks when we went in simply to ask about a storage unit. We use their postal services as well and won't go anywhere else. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and ultra friendly.
