Best Gym in the HD. Came from Planet Fitness (after they kicked me out for not wearing a mask) and came here. No regrets. My workout and progress is 10x what it was at the other gym. I love going and I call it my 2nd home now.

I go here when on work trips and so far it’s been a good experience. The atmosphere is fun compared to your run of the mill average gym. The lights are dimmed, music playing in the background, with quality equipment all around. The gym is laid out well and I find all machines and equipment necessary to get a good workout in.

The gym is great they have all kinds of equipment for all kinds of people to do various exercises. The only thing I would like to recommend is to change the light inside the gym. It's kinda dark and not well lit so with weights and machines there should before light inside. Currently it's dark and red inside. Other than that it's a good gym to workout.

Yes if you are a member but I don't I get my shower at my house. I like it better that way.

They changed the name to "The Gym" because the World Gym brand name became very expensive to continue using.
There are none specifically geared for the elderly, however the place its self is very elderly friendly, a lot of the machines are easy to use, and the dry sona is great.

They charge a fee per day to visit. They use to have a free 3 days pass but not anymore
It depends on if you do personal training or if you get a discount via a promotion. There is a maintenance fee and may be a sign up fee (depends on the promotions going on). They also have a normal membership or StatusRx. Best thing is to call or pop in.
Well my dad has an account so im going off his account and its 20 to start and 20 a month it may differ . And there is a one time yearly fee of seven dollars...
