Any Rustoleum spray paint would work. I would spray a primer first, then the paint. Even though Rustoleum says it has a primer added already to the paint, putting another layer of primer first is added protection for that water pan.
I would use spray paint scrape off where it is peeling off and get some rustolium spray paint
