I don't know if they do cause they are illegal in California. I had to take mine to Vegas or Arizona to get it done
Yikes. That's a really good question! You probably have to call and ask that one. Not so much because they are illegal but they might require a special vaccine and it might not be available. They care about all animals and I don't think they would turn you away because of the legalities but do check to make sure you aren't putting them and you in a position that requires a report of any kind.
