I’ve been with this company for almost 5 years, never missed a payment, never got into any accidents, and definitely not even a speeding ticket. I had an accident in March (was NOT my fault) and my rep was beyond impossible to get ahold of, seemed like there was always an excuse and never felt like I was priority, and they even attempted to make me pay my own deductible until I got mean with them, left me at the rental center without a vehicle on a workday for an hour, blamed it on B Street Collision for the rental fiasco, and then jacked my rate up by almost $300!! Then they wonder why I don’t want to stay! Here’s a hint, treat your customers with better respect, be fair with your customers, and don’t ignore them! I will not be back with this company and honestly would like my last amount I paid them, back in my account.

Wyatt is a rock star! Husband was in a wreck involving ice and ended up in a ditch. Wyatt Zimmerman, couldn't have been more helpful!! He truly made this whole ordeal much easier on us! we were able to get car towed the very next day, and the paperwork sent to use the day after that! We got the payment processed the day we sent out the paperwork. He truly helped us through every little detail and was very personable and courteous and professional. Hopefully we will never have to reach out again, but if so, i will ask for him personally! Thank you so much Wyatt!
