Walmart Neighborhood Market

Over the last year this store has gone from a decent shopping experience to a place I actively despise visiting. Between the dwindling space in aisles where 2 carts won't even really fit at the same time anymore to the thinnest plastic bags I've ever seen to the Walmart "shoppers" who expect YOU, the customer, to get out of THEIR way for them to fulfill online orders all the way down to the parking lot having more and more random trash in it every day. And the cherry on top is that Walmart allows employees to smoke right out in front of the store 2 feet from the redbox, making even renting or returning a movie into a terrible experience. The store DOES have a picnic table on the north side close to the back of the store, so not sure if employees are just too lazy to walk back there. My question is, if restaurants don't allow employees to smoke out front, why does Walmart think it's ok? All around its a terrible experience anymore - down to them having 15 self check lanes that are mostly closed at any given time. Walmart corporate, im looking at you to improve this store, like yesterday.
