Had a horrible experience at customer service involving a lower level manager named Emma. VERY rude and demeaning to several elderly customers. She was reported to Senior Management that she needs to be removed from customer service.

They're closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. They'll reopen on the 26th.

Why isn't HyVee mandating masks? I understand social distancing can be difficult while shopping - I've had even HyVee employees get way too close to me - but a mask mandate would be easy and effective.
