Very poor customer service. Problems with prescriptions are impossible to resolve...no return calls and the people who do answer are very rogue to say the least. Waiting room times are at least 60-90 minutes. The staff could care less and are very rude. I suggest you find another practice to avoid the stress with this group.

Rushed appointments, feels more like an assembly line (no personalized patient care) rude front desk staff. Meh.

Dr Berlin is very good. However the front desk needs help. I got a text that my appt was canceled and to call for a new one but no one answers the appointment desk.

I'll be honest, I was getting really nervous reading these reviews saying that I'd have to wait over an hour for an appointment. I noticed when I entered, that they have a sign to notify them if you've been sitting there for more than 20 minutes. I was probably sitting there for less than 5 minutes before I was called. Both the doctor and the nurse were very friendly and the doctor explained things clearly. Was a great experience.

Questions & Answers

I are you in the UNC SYSTEM? Time framefor appointments?

Yes they are accepted by both Wake and UNC systems, almost all insurance accepted. Dr referred gets preference to earlier appts, but most of the time you can get in rather quickly and they do schedule cancelations also which could decrease the new patient wait time. They try to keep wait time at 15min in the lobby and the same for in room/dr visit also. Does sometimes run over so be prepared.

Raleigh Endocrine Associates filed with the wrong insurance company. I spent hours on the phone with you trying to fix the error. In the end, I was forced to pay the full amount due to the office's mistake. What will you do to make this right?

Present it back to the office with cancelled payment and gove them a copy of my lawyers number and address.
