I have lived in the community for 4 years. The employee attrition is by far the most challenging part of living here, but that may not be the "fault" of the management. Pros: The Maintenance team of Ty and "guys" has made living here lighter. They too have experienced challenges but I feel they do all that is in their power to get things done. It is difficult finding experienced, trustworthy, skilled people to add to the "team". Ty and team do a super job of making sure people feel like they have a home to come to. The office staff has a lot of turn-over. I worked from home during the pandemic. The maintenance team coming in and out of my home whole I worked was never a concern. They regarded my issues as though they were their own. I am confident that the current manager is seeking to build a team of loyal advocates; because she does her best to advocate for situations that are both in and out of her control. Suggestions are listened to and the staff hold community events to make sure the residents are celebrated. The complex is close to major stores, schools and there is no reason to drive more than 5 miles radius. The community feels safe, animal friendly and has opportunities to play golf, walk and hike as well. Cons: There could be opportunities for upgrades or perks for loyalty. Offer to touch-up paint, carpet cleaning etc. for being loyal. Employee turn-over makes me feel like I am reintroducing myself a lot. All-in-all, I enjoy living here and look forward to helping rebuild the luxury feeling Wakefield Glen is known for.

I debated on wasting my time posting a review but over the time and time of hassle I found it might help. First off, I lived in these townhomes back in 2016 and absolutely loved them. They were nice and newer and fresh. The management was very nice and helpful and the maintenance workers were outstanding on how they kept up with repairs and helping at anytime. For example, I had a water leak really bad and actually ran out and happen to see a maintenance worker and he came running and helped out right away and was kind. Sadly, after returning in 2022, things were completely different. The houses were so degraded and just not as they seemed, yes I know with multiple people moving in and out it can cause some wear and tear. But it was the simple stuff, like the painting, the old “repairs” to make something last and much more. When moving back in the place wasn’t even cleaned to impress. There was some cleaning we had to do ourselves. We were cleanly people and the fact that field mice got into our unit and nothing was done except putting traps. No one seemed to bat an eye at moving appliances or investigating where they might have came from until we suggested it. The maintenance team was subpar. Their repairs were minimal and most of time not even worth it. Prime example was a simple roller for the doors to the laundry unit. Instead of replace the channel and rollers and possibly a new door to make it work better, they put another roll of a different kind that eventually just came off track since it wasn’t done correctly. The management team was by far what made this experience protruding. So very unprofessional and ignorant and uneducated in property maintenance. I had a personal reason as to why I witnessed this but they weren’t even sure of their lease until contacting the grey star manager who eventually told us and thus telling them that they’ll have to teach them more into the management ways and guidelines. The biggest incident with them was going up to the office to ask a question and a resident and the co-property manager were yelling at one another and cussing in front of us. With that, the property manager herself came storming out of her office to continue yelling at this unhappy resident. All while we are there in the same office trying to figure something out. Very unprofessional. In the end, this place has gone in the wrong direction from what it was whenever we moved there in 2016 and I’m never one to post these but the amount of unprofessionalism and being misleading for how much you pay, I’d look elsewhere.

I don't know, but I doubt it. Your best bet is to call the main office number and ask them.
