After living here for many years I had to drop my score down because the front desk hasnt done anything about the cockroach infestation all around the parking lot and trash. I literally wont go outside because its insane the amount of cockroaches that are on the property. I cant even sit on my balcony when the sun goes down without 3 cockroaches walking around my chair. Also the management hasnt taken any action on tenants not picking up their dogs droppings. So random days just be ready to smell a steaming pile right next to your entrance. The apartment are nice though!

Great place to live, very spacious, clean, BUT when my lease was up they went up on my rent $500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say, I am moving

Extremely overpriced, constant construction for over a year, added fees for everything. The one plus is maintenance is super fast and does a great job. I’ve never lived in a complex that cared more about money than their residents. Trying to get anything done or fixed even after talking to management was like talking to a wall. I lived here for over a year and the best decision I’ve ever made was leaving when the rent went up again. The complex has no building numbers that are visible especially at night time so everyone would get the wrong packages all the time. Peoples packages would get stolen or “lost” even though they have a hub the delivery people would deliver the wrong packages to peoples doors. Trying to get food delivery here was horrible as the drivers could never figure out where you were because there are no clear numbers you can see anywhere. Residents brought it up and management said they were looking into it but after six months nothing was added. Weekly there were posts on the resident page of someone trying to find a lost package that was stolen or misplaced. There are other complexes in the area that are much better. Save yourself the headache and don’t move here.
