Don't bother calling the office, they don't answer because nobody's ever in the office. The only way to get things done calling corporate. Apparently it takes weeks to do a workorder that takes 5 seconds. Quite disappointed in the office staff because it did look like they were on the come up. Mercedes and the techs deserve a 5 star they've been extremely helpful and polite. With that being said I still can't give the complex a 5 star, but they're moving in the right direction . Update. Jan 24th if you aren't capable of salting or shoveling snow don't mover here unless you have a friendly neighbor, because the complex doesn't do it. Its been 4 days since we got ice and not once has someone from the complex salted. If you do move in here make sure you get good sun light. Update. Dec 2nd its been three months since moving in and still no kitchen drawer. I've called and spoke with the office multiple times regarding this. Twice I've taken a day off work so they can come look at it, both times neither an office worker or maintenance came to address this issue. Update. Been here a month so far and they've completed most of the items they failed to complete before moving in, except for the roaches which they still haven't sprayed for. After just 24 hours living in these apartments I can say I fully regret moving here. When we moved in we had no ac, roaches, dirty apartment, drawers missing in the kitchen, you can't use the bathroom without getting wet from the constant leak in the ceiling, tub handles leaking and low water pressure, can't wash your hands because water pressure, fridge barley cools a darn thing, every time you use the toilet you risk clogging it, when you call the emergency line you get some call center that relays the message to the individual on call so God help you if you have an actual emergency. Its a shame I paid $1500 for 10 days and then another $1020 come the first of the month for this awful apartment. I hope the next year Flies by. The only positive thing I can say about this place currently is its a nice area oh and the bedrooms have lights. Ya. The office staff was helpful during the move in process. If you can avoid living here I highly recommend doing so, unless you can do an extensive walk through and know what your looking for. If you decide to move here I wish you better luck then I'm currently having. May the odds forever be in your favor.. Ps. If you decide to move in here you need to go to the post office to get your mailbox key. Yet another thing the office forgot to mention. Also I won't be taking this down. On the bright side they finished most of the problems.

horrible place to live. i regret moving here everyday. there is ALWAYS something wrong with my apartment and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES NOR EMAILS !!! and don't even bother trying to call the emergency maintenance line because they never show up. we can't even use our balcony because the wood is about to cave in!! they lie to you in the beginning and show you a good apartment then when you move in your place is the complete opposite. unbelievable.

I've lived here for almost five years. The new management is like night and day. I reported that my fridge died, and 30 minutes later, Orlando from the service department was here. The next business day, first thing in the morning, he was at the door with a new one.
