I told the front desk that i was having humidity problems & she said that she would put a ticket in but no one has came to fix it ! It’s been a week & im starting to get mold on my things ! Maintenance is an issue !

I drove all the way from VA to look at an apartment, never knew that the appointments were online and appointment only. I understood the office closing early being that Labor Day is on Monday . Wish it was a notice online. The concierge was very rude as I asked if they had any information she could provide as far as just a brochure. She very rudely said no and I needed to leave the premises, even though I was very calm just confused as to what was going on. This complex was at the top of my list to visit as I am moving soon for work, but as of how today went I am not so sure I would want to come back and schedule a visit.

This place truly went above and beyond for my fiancé and I after a terrible experience with an apartment complex only five minutes away. The other complex made excuses for the infestation, but The Piedmont truly takes things seriously in terms of cleanliness and presenting their tenants with a beautiful property inside your building, home, common areas, and the entire property. Gabby was AMAZING and processed our applications within twelve hours and moved us in next day. The apartment wants ready to go with zero conflict and she made the process so smooth and easy.
