Please avoid apartment 3280-2B. We leave this unit next week because there is a crazy neighbor. There is always loud music 24/7, days and nights, nonstop. They are often drunk, screaming, and insulting (I have a video). For the last 6 months, we called the police four times. We were trying to communicate directly and through the manager. But the neighbor is not able to communicate. Management from the leasing office visited us and a neighbor and can prove that the music is loud and bothering, but they can't/don't want to do anything. Instead, they ask us to move to another unit, which is more expensive and we will have to change our driver's licenses, bank account, USPS, etc. So, in common this place is not bad but if you looking for a quiet place - avoid this unit.

One of the worst places I’ve lived. I was not happy with the lack of communication regarding workers entering during my lease. You pay for pest control monthly. Be wary of this place. At least the cockroaches will keep you company.

Colton did a great job helping me lease my apartment and answered any questions that I had. The apartment itself is very clean and nice, especially with the new renovations. The community is very well kept and clean, and lakeside access is a treat. It is a pretty safe community with nice neighbors. Residents pick up after their dogs and it doesn't feel crowded. Amazon Hub is a really good plus. The bike rack room is a plus as well (my bike was stolen at the last place I resided in college) so having a secure location to store your bikes is great. The walls* are very thick, so hearing someone else is near impossible. My only few complaints would really be: The ceilings are incredibly thin, and I can hear people talk from above, move around at the drop of a pen, etc. Maybe it will get better when people put furniture in and reduce echo/sound travel in their place. The sidewalk coming in towards my apartment floods pretty fast, making the only suitable entryway full of water when it rains, even briefly, with a lot of dirt and mud sitting on the sidewalk. I think a solution would be to dig just a little around the sidewalk perimeter so water doesn't flow onto the sidewalk. The apartment gym could be a bit better too. I think removing the ellipticals, and instead pushing in a dumbbell set with a bench would be better, as you can workout pretty much any portion of your body with them rather than hitting a specific muscle group. That's just my opinion though, I go to a big gym anyway but it would have been nice for supplemental days. It is all in all a nice place to be. The gym isn't some deal breaker, and some level of noise from neighbors is to be expected. You live pretty close to conveniences yet closer to nature. It is a quiet area and sort of tucked in around suburbs and wooded. The trails around the lake are getting renovated as well as of this review, and you can kayak on it if you wish. I would recommend living here if you had the choice.

I lived here a number of years ago, but still remember the stressful times of living here. The walls and floors are THIN. My downstairs neighbor constantly reported me to the office for me simply walking around my home and the front office called me into speak to me like a child in the principal's office. They never listened to what I had to say and always ruled over residents with an iron fist. The apts are old with appliances that could use some updating. The only positive thing is its adjacency to the walking areas around the lake. I wouldn't bother living here.
