Centrally dispatched locksmith network. Deducting two stars for lack of transparency, and not knowing who I paid for the service. I locked myself out and called the closest place shown on Google Maps on my phone. There was a (reasonable) 2-hour wait but decided to call around since it was in the 90s outside. A central dispatcher that may have been off-shore took my info, gave a wide range of prices from $48-200, after which I received a prompt call-back and a tech arrived within 15 minutes, quoted me close to $200 to pick entry lock, and got me back into the house. Tech was cheerful and competent. I chose to pay cash to avoid 8% card surcharge. My receipt had no company name or address, so I asked for business card, and he said they worked for several different companies, and gave me his cell number. A gruff-sounding gentleman called me back later to confirm the tech arrived and verify how much I paid the tech. I did not realize until I got back to my computer that I had dialed an unmanned kiosk in a retail store.
