We had a horrible experience at the Raleigh location. There was two people and the woman was on the phone so a man greeted us, this was the only thing he did that was friendly. We had forty minutes until close to ask questions and he made sure we knew that he was going to make very little effort to help us. Not to mention he made comments to imply that we couldn't afford their cabinets. My husband and I have been in the middle of renovations, trying to work and stay on top of an ever changing house so we were dressed down, both in need of haircuts and didn't look like we were made of money. My point in saying this is he acted like he wasn't going to waste his time helping us. He was rude and showed very little effort. We were prepared to order an entire kitchen of cabinets but we will never buy from your company after this experience.

Purchasing cabinets for laundry and closet was a very positive experience. Problems occurred after receiving damaged products. The customer care experience went well up until the point when the 7 foot replacement panels had to be picked up in the store. We paid to have products delivered. They were delivered damaged. Now we must rent a vehicle and drive 3 hours round trip to pick up panels originally delivered damaged. Cabinets to Go contracts 3rd party delivery company. Cabinets to go is starting this is our problem to figure out. Based on condition of broken products in box, damage most likely occurred at warehouse. Buyers beware…cabinets to go is washing their hands and feels they have no responsibility in making this right.

Very neat, clean, store. Adam the store manager is professional. My observation is everyone working in the store are consumate professionals. The staff is patient with customers. All of my questions were answered. You must be patient because building out you space takes time. Thank you Adam for a great experience!
