There's no end time for check in... check in times start at 3pm and check out ...is 11AM following day. So you can check in as late as 5AM as well and still count it as one night. But make sure you call the front desk to see if they'll be available to check you in at the late hour in the night.
As long as someone is at the desk you are able to check in. Even if they are not finished cleaning the room you will be staying in.
You can check in when ever because I got there at 2 and they checked me in
