The price was outrageous for a one night stay. When we arrived there was an overpowering smell of marajana that took over the whole main lobby and 1st floor that it gave me a headache. The back outside door was broken with no lock and was proped open all night. Our room was sealed with a sanitary sticker but clearly was not sanitized in spots. And the staff were less than friendly at arrival and departure.

Room itself was clean and neat; sink in the bathroom was cracked, the overhead light was out and the shower/bathtub needs refurbishing. The lack of attention to these things leads me to believe that this hotel might be poorly managed. Front desk man was nice at check in. It seems like there are people living long term at this hotel and in fact a guy came to my door looking for someone that was staying at the hotel. Not sure why he didn't check in at the front desk but each time I walked through the lobby nobody was at the front desk monitoring things. Hotel was okay for 1 night at $72 but would not want to stay here more than that.

When we arrived and went to our room, I noticed stains in the bedding and fitted sheet. Went back to the front desk and requested a different room immediately. I did not have a feeling of safety so we made sure to lock all doors and made sure that people could not see into our room. The room was oddly shaped,, and the coffee table had to stay up against the sofa in order to pass through.. Our bathroom also was only supplied with 1/4 roll of toilet paper and 5 tissues. When I asked for more toilet paper and tissues, I was informed that there was no more tissues. Needless to say, I will not stay at this location.

The good: the room/suite was nice enough. Good size with a couch and coffee table along with a work desk and dresser. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee maker was useful. Plenty of TV channels. Outside appearance of the hotel, hotel grounds, and appearance of the room itself were very good. Checkout was at 11 a.m. The bad: The room had maintenance problems like the toilet seat needed to be replaced and some mold in the corner of the tub. Soap provided was way too small. The mini fridge had no freezer. Not much noise until morning. Then, certainly no more sleep. Maid service knocked on the door several times without verifying that I had or had not checked out. Hallways had dirty carpet. Breakfast was not offered due to the virus issue but, their ad said they had breakfast. They should take down any advertisement of breakfast included until they resume.
