Took 47 minutes to get through the drive thru, and that was with 3 people leaving the line. Not a single car in the parking lot either. Finally get our food, ask my fiance to check it, all the sandwiches are cold. Not room temp, cold like they were in a fridge! I pulled into a spot (now the only car parked) and go inside. One guy stands there and stares at me from behind the line then hides behind the line. I wait, finally someone comes to the counter and feels the sandwiches and agrees the bread and chicken are still cold, then goes back behind the line. Tells another guy to remake the sandwiches, meanwhile the first guy was standing there throwing his arms around like I was being inconvenient and staring. I stared back until he went back behind the line. Finally get my sandwiches remade, just as the manager walks in. He asks what happens, I tell him, he asked where the sandwiches were, I told him, he said oh sorry that happened and walked away.

I ordered 2 famous bowls this evening and what they gave me is a joke. The "chicken" in the bowls is just fried breading. I have been to this KFC/Taco bell 3 times and every single time they have either messed up the order or they are completely out of something. I will be driving 15 minutes away to the next closest taco bell before returning to this franchise.

Unbelievably horrible service conducted by staff on night duty!!! Not sure if they know what they are doing, or flat-out just don't care? I'm certain that if I were managing this business, i would have better training for your employees. And by the look at past reviews posted on your site, I'm not the only one seeing this. Good luck,your company certainly needs it.

The dining room is closed so you can’t eat inside or use the restrooms which makes this location “take out” and drive through only. That said management is off, there is a serious quality control problem, and the drive through (which is the main way to order because “take out” is almost non existent) is long. As if that weren’t enough you should plan for inaccurate order fulfillment and potential billing errors. Honestly just don’t ever come here. What a shame for a location I use to like going to.

Extremely understaffed. Guy at the register was taking and grabbing orders then started to actually make sandwiches I waited 30 minutes to place order and I would have left but takes 30 minutes to go a mile in this cluster f area
