My husband and I came here for a Valentine's Day brunch, but we were disappointed with our experience. Our waitress came to the table and didn't introduce herself or greet us - she simply asked what we wanted to drink and then left. We were a little surprised to say the least - a "Hi, how are you?" would've been nice especially on Valentine's Day! But she wasn't rude either so I guess that's fair. We ordered our food but unfortunately it wasn't to standard. My husband's eggs were completely scorched on the bottom side and the bacon was very tough - literally like eating beef jerky. Our buttermilk pancakes were a little on the cold side but otherwise good. Our waitress didn't really check on us or ask about refills or anything. We were out of Pepsi about half-way through. When we got the check, we gave the waitress a gift card along with a $5 off coupon card - she returned to our table with our receipt, handed us the $5 coupon card and said "I didn't know what this was so I didn't use it." We explained that it was a coupon for $5 off and that we were hoping to use it along with the gift card. She said "Oh, well I just didn't know what it was but I can redo your check." We told her not to worry about it because at that point we were ready to leave. As someone who's worked in the restaurant industry, a reply like that just isn't acceptable. If you're not sure what something is just ask, or better yet, reach out to your supervisor/manager. Overall, the service left a lot to be desired and we weren't impressed with the quality of the food either. So sad because we love IHOP! Hopefully next time will be better.

Our waitress, Nancy, is the only good thing in this place. Temperature inside was 80, I was allowed to wait for 5 minutes in their closed waiting room before I was told I needed a mask to walk 12 steps to my table, wife's food was short and what she did get was overcooked. The waitress had to get a menu to prove to the cook that he was wrong.. My food was tasty, and the portion was correct.

Besides the hair that came out in my pancakes, the service was really slow. I will say our waitress was very polite. You could tell it was a kitchen issue since about 10 servers were huddled in the corner doing nothing. $32.00 for one adult and one child, mediocre food, plus obviously unsanitary conditions, never going back.

You can't go wrong ordering breakfast. Food was good. Good service. No wait for a table for a late morning breakfast.

Restaurants can only seat tables that waiters/waitresses are available to serve. Once you do sit down, the service would then be responsive and what you would expect. I haven’t eaten here yet, but imagine this is the reason.

Low wages poor quality is my best guess. Nudys is in the same plaza and you can get excellent quality for a tiny bit more

They offer something like a diner lunch menu would plus a full breakfast menu all day. I would recommend getting breakfast here no matter what time of day you go. Their breakfast is awesome
